House Rules

1. This is our home, please respect it as such.
2. No means NO and we all know what this means. These parties are sex optional; you come and do what you want with who you want when you want. You can play, hang out and meet new folks or you can just walk around and see what’s happening. It’s your decision what you do at these parties.
3. Respect others property including but not limited to: toys, personal effects, partners/guests (not necessarily in this order)
4. Clean up the play spaces when you are finished with them, use the protective pads when necessary and you all know who you are.
5. We will supply towels, lube, condoms and protective pads in each play area.
6. Keep voices and conversations low when outside and keep all kinky talk quiet as sound carries in the darkness of the night.
7. Be respectful of people playing, DO NOT interrupt by talking loudly or asking questions of the people playing (I’m sure they will be glad to give you their profile name when they are done playing).
8. Vanilla attire is required when entering or leaving our home. Wear what you want underneath, naked is good too!! We have areas where you can change, if necessary.
9. We like our neighbors and they like us. So, we are going to try and keep it that way. Please be respectful when arriving and leaving!
10. Please be courteous and let us know when you decide you’re not coming (not at 7:00 pm). We have to put people on a cancelation list and it’s not fair to the people on the list if you sign up and then don’t show up. We understand things happen but still you need to let us know. When summer is here we are able to accommodate more people and a cancelation list won't always be necessary. People who violate this rule will not be allowed to attend future parties.
